This slightly luxurious and highly satisfying course includes Hanatsubaki's original "Sanriku Oyster and Sendai Seri Shabu-shabu Nabe," in which Miyagi's pride and joy, Sendai Seri, and Sanriku Oysters, are shabu-shabu-styled in broth from a serum hotpot, as well as nine seasonal dishes such as Sendai's specialty grilled beef tongue and a sashimi platter, plus two hours of all-you-can-drink, including local sake.This is the perfect course to entertain guests visiting Sendai.

◆You can upgrade your all-you-can-drink plan for an additional 500 yen.
The beer will be Yebisu draft beer, and there will be 7-8 types of sake, mainly local Tohoku sake such as Hakurakusei and Akabu... Shochu will be Umi, Satsumaju, and Kujira... There will also be a wide variety of fruit liquors and highballs.
If you are particular about your alcohol, this is definitely recommended.
Changes on the day are also possible.
◆For an additional 500 yen, you can change the sashimi platter to the "Big Catch Sashimi Platter."
